合成了吡哆醛双缩二氨基硫脲(H2L)及其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物(CuL),通过H1NMR、IR、UV和HRMS进行了表征。用分光光度法确定了配合物的组成及稳定常数。初步生物活性试验表明:配体(H2L)及其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物(CuL)对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抑制作用。
Pyridoxal bisthiosemicarbazone (H2L) and its Cu (Ⅱ) complex (CuL) were synthesized and characterized by means of H1NMR, IR, UV and HRMS. The composition and stability constant of the complex were determined by spectrophotometry. Preliminary biological activity tests showed that the ligand (H2L) and its Cu (Ⅱ) complex (CuL) have a good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
