Acute tubular necrosis (ATN) is the main cause of generalized acute renal failure syndrome, its morbidity and mortality rates are high, not only to bring a heavy financial burden and psychological pressure on the family, but also caused tremendous resources for the country Consumption and social burdens. However, the pathophysiological process of ATN is very complex, so the lack of targeted treatment. In recent years, a large number of studies have found that cytokines, inflammatory cytokines and growth factors and other chemical mediators play a very important role in the development of ATN. The therapeutic purpose can be achieved by interfering with the expression of certain chemical mediators. This is a kidney disease Very promising way. The current research on ATN is reviewed from the perspective of chemical media.
