为了进一步探讨晚期血吸虫病人的死因和防治措施,收集分析了东洞庭湖地区1981～1990年245例晚期血吸虫病死亡病例资料,患者平均生存期5.16年;腹水型者生存期较短,巨脾型者经切脾后生存寿命显著延长。本组HBsAg阳性率43.64％;合并肝癌19.18％。后者HBV感染率高达61.70％。
In order to further investigate the cause of death and prevention and treatment measures of advanced schistosomiasis, 245 cases of advanced schistosomiasis death in East Dongting Lake from 1981 to 1990 were collected and analyzed.
