用功率为15~80 mW的He—Ne激光,以人的治疗剂量照射家兔,结果从所观察的各项卵巢内分泌和生殖功能的指标的变化,与对照组间的差别不显著(P>0.05)。观察各组剂量照射后的遗传毒性效应,结果各实验组的微核率均在正常范围以内,与空白对照组间的差别不显著(P>0.05),而与CTX阳性对照组间的差别极显著(P<0.01)。动物实验与临床观察一致,提示目前应用的各级治疗剂量均属于低功率,从卵巢功能和细胞遗传效应来说是比较安全的。
Using a He-Ne laser with a power of 15 to 80 mW to irradiate rabbits with a human therapeutic dose, the results showed no significant difference from the control group in terms of changes in the indicators of ovarian endocrine and reproductive function observed (P> 0.05). After observing the genotoxic effects of dose irradiation in each group, the micronucleus rate in each experimental group was within the normal range, and the difference with the blank control group was not significant (P>0.05), but the difference between the experimental group and the CTX positive control group. Significant (P < 0.01). Animal experiments are consistent with clinical observations, suggesting that the currently applied therapeutic doses at all levels are low power and are safe from ovarian function and cytogenetic effects.
