铸铁是一种古老的金属,它的铸造性能和工艺性能良好,生产方便、价格便宜,作为一种重要的工程结构材料广泛用于国民经济的各个部门。结合科研课题“奥迪车刹车缸零件的国产化”,通过成分化验和组织分析,我们认定德国零件的金相组织为铁素体基体+D型石墨。围绕课题我们对D型石墨铸铁进行了系统的研究。并用该铸铁生产出了合格的D型石墨铸铁刹车缸铸件,为实现奥迪车、捷达车刹车缸零件的国产化奠定了基础。研究内容为:1.D型石墨形成机理日研究。2.金属型铸造D型石墨铸铁的研究。3.砂型铸造D型石墨铸铁的研究。4.D型石墨铸铁的应用。
Cast iron is an ancient metal, its casting performance and process performance is good, easy to produce, cheap, widely used in various sectors of the national economy as an important structural engineering materials. In combination with the research project “Localization of Parts of Audi Brake Cylinder”, we determined that the microstructure of German parts is ferrite matrix + D-type graphite through compositional analysis and organizational analysis. Around the subject of D-type graphite cast iron we conducted a systematic study. And with the cast iron to produce a qualified D-type graphite cast iron brake cylinder castings, in order to achieve the Audi, Jetta brake cylinder localization of domestic parts laid the foundation. The research contents are as follows: 1. Study on Formation Mechanism of D-type Graphite. 2. Research on D - type Graphite Cast Iron with Metal Casting. 3. Study on Sand Cast D - type Graphite Cast Iron. 4. D-type graphite cast iron applications.
