医院药房的药物情报工作近20年来在国外发展很快。1981年第九届欧洲临床药学讨论会上发表的药物情报工作的论文占论文总数的1/4(10/45)。美国医院药学杂志每年有5～10篇这方面的文章发表。情报能力的训练已成为国外医院药师训练的重要内容之一,在英国的医院药学教科书中占1/12篇幅;日本的《病院药局学》中占1/10篇幅,《临床药学讲座Ⅰ——临床药学总论》中占1/7篇幅。临床药学中的情报工作不仅在药品评价中起重要作用,而且对解决临床用药的咨询工作也起着关键性的作用。情报工作的好坏已是评价临床药学水平的重要标志。
Hospital drugstore pharmacy intelligence work in the rapid development of foreign countries in the past 20 years. The papers published in the 9th European Conference of Clinical Pharmacology in 1981 on pharmaceutical intelligence work accounted for 1/4 (10/45) of the total number of theses. American Hospital Journal of Pharmacy each year 5 to 10 articles published in this area. The training of intelligence ability has become one of the most important contents of the training of pharmacists in foreign hospitals. It occupies 1/12 of the hospital pharmacy textbooks in the United Kingdom and 1/10 of the “Pharmacy of the Institute of Hospital Medicine” in Japan. “Clinical Pharmacology Lecture Ⅰ- - Clinical Pharmacology ”in 1/7 of the length. Intelligence work in clinical pharmacy not only plays an important role in drug evaluation, but also plays a key role in consulting clinical drug use. The quality of intelligence work has been an important symbol of clinical pharmacy evaluation.
