作者用Wistar大鼠,雌雄不限,口服甲基苄基亚硝胺进行诱癌实验。各器官的肿瘤发生率分别为:食管乳头状瘤为64.5%(40/62),食管鳞癌为53.7%(29/54);舌乳头状瘤为12.3%(10/81),舌鳞癌为8.47%(5/59),其中1例为粘液腺导管上皮癌;咽癌为6.78%(4/59);前胃乳头状瘤为12.3%(7/57),前胃鳞癌为9.1%(4/44);口唇癌为0.377%(1/265)。大部分肿瘤呈多发性,一个器官发生多个肿瘤,或多个器官同时发生肿瘤。食管上皮癌变过程的形态发生学并进行了描述。对照组未发现肿瘤。
The authors used Wistar rats, male or female, oral methylbenzyl nitrosamines to induce cancer. The incidence of tumors in each organ was 64.5% (40/62) for esophageal papilloma, 53.7% (29/54) for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, 12.3% (10/81) for papilloma of tongue, and squamous cell carcinoma of tongue. It was 8.47% (5/59), of which 1 case was ductal epithelial carcinoma of the mucinous gland; pharyngeal carcinoma was 6.78% (4/59); progastric papilloma was 12.3% (7/57); prostomachal squamous cell carcinoma was 9.1 % (4/44); lip cancer was 0.377% (1/265). Most tumors are multiple, multiple tumors occur in one organ, or tumors occur simultaneously in multiple organs. Morphogenesis of esophageal carcinogenesis is described and described. No tumor was found in the control group.
