在总结前人研究的基础上,通过权利演进的逻辑分析,从“发展权”“经济发展权”“民族发展权”“经济权利”“民族权利”“民族经济权利”等先有权利推演了“民族经济发展权”的生成路径,并结合少数民族经济发展及民族地区经济发展的特殊性,从权利构成的三大基本要素(“利益”“自由”和“规范”)来分析民族经济发展权的目标(对象)、客观性及本质、主体构成及其权能、正当性和应有内容等指标参数,进而推演出民族经济发展权的内容体系,相对全面地揭示了民族经济发展权的应有内涵。
