现阶段,企业之间的竞争不仅仅是经济方面的竞争,更重要的是质量的竞争。以质量求生存、以质量求发展、以质量求信誉,是各行业的共识。因此,加强工程项目质量管理是企业在市场竞争中能取得不断发展的重大举措。本文首先介绍了工程项目质量管理的含义及目标,紧接着分析了目前我国企业工程项目质量管理存在的问题,最后提出强化各级员工的质量意识,严把工程项目施工环节,实行目标管理与质量预控制度,实施质量奖罚制度及严格执行检验程序五项措施。
At this stage, the competition between enterprises is not only economic competition, more importantly, the quality of competition.
