人力资本管理在出版企业发展中发挥的作用日益显著。以人力资本管理理论为依据,针对出版行业人力资本管理的现状,提出加强人力资本管理的措施和对策,从而提高出版社的核心竞争力。
Human capital management plays an increasingly significant role in the development of publishing enterprises. Based on the theory of human capital management, in view of the current situation of human capital management in the publishing industry, we put forward measures and countermeasures to strengthen human capital management so as to improve the core competitiveness of publishing houses.
