丰富的种质资源是甘薯育种工作的先导和基础,而正确选择杂交亲本,优配杂交组合则是提高育种效率的关键。我国甘薯种质资源贫乏,分布极不平衡,尤其北方薯区用做杂交亲本的材料,其亲缘关系、生态类型、生理特点及遗传基础差异不大,要育成突破性的新品种极为困难。为了适应专用型新品种的选育要求,我们在对种质资源特征特性整理鉴定的基础上,广泛配制杂交组合。通过亲代表现型测定、织合能力鉴定、高代材料入选率及其表现综合评判,筛选出4个高产亲本、4个高淀粉和食用亲本,为专用型新品种选育提供了物质基础。一、优良亲本选育
The rich germplasm resources are the precursor and basis of sweet potato breeding work. However, the correct choice of hybrid parents and excellent hybrid combinations is the key to improve the breeding efficiency. China’s sweet potato germplasm resources are poor and the distribution is extremely unbalanced. Especially the northern potato areas are used as hybrid parent materials, and their genetic relationship, ecological type, physiological characteristics and genetic basis are not significantly different. It is extremely difficult to breed new breakthrough varieties.
