目的:研究去窦弓神经(SAD)大鼠的血压、血压波动性(BPV)和器官损伤及它们之间的相互关系。方法:应用计算机化清醒自由活动大鼠血流动力学监测技术对32周龄的SAD大鼠进行24h动态血压监测。数据经计算机实时和脱机分析后得到24h血压、收缩压波动性(SBPV)、舒张压波动性(DBPV)等参数。将动物处死,取心脏、肾脏、大脑等器官病理切片,分别行一般和特殊染色。参照预先制定的评分标准,根据所观察器官大体和镜下变化,给每一只动物以相应的评分作为器官损伤程度的半量化指标。将血压及BPV与器官损伤评分做相关性分析。结果和结论:(1)SAD大鼠的24h长、短期及总SBPV和DBPV明显高于假手术对照组;(2)SAD大鼠的器官损伤明显重于假手术对照组,并且这种损伤与其长期BPV和总BPV的提高有正相关性。
Objective: To study the relationship between blood pressure, blood pressure variability (BPV) and organ damage in sAD rats. Methods: The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of 32-week-old SAD rats was performed by computerized conscious free-moving rat hemodynamic monitoring. Data were analyzed by computer real-time and offline analysis of 24h blood pressure, systolic blood pressure (SBPV), diastolic blood pressure (DBPV) and other parameters. The animals were sacrificed, heart, kidney, brain and other organs pathological sections, respectively, general and special staining. With reference to pre-established scoring criteria, each animal was scored as a semi-quantitative indicator of the degree of organ damage, based on gross and microscopic changes in organs observed. Correlation analysis was made between blood pressure, BPV and organ damage scores. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: (1) The 24-hour, short-term, total SBPV and DBPV in SAD rats were significantly higher than those in sham-operated controls. (2) The organ damage in SAD rats was significantly heavier than that in sham-operation control rats There was a positive correlation between long-term BPV and total BPV improvement.
