科学技术的发展和社会分工的细化使西方第三产业得到了飞速发展。当今国际上高新技术发展日新月异,并且日益向第三产业渗透。高新技术的应用使第三产业在数量、质量、规模效益上都发生了质的飞跃。传统第三产业的发展模式已无法满足今后上海第三产业的发展需要。高新技术(包括现代化的管理方法与管理手段)在第三产业中的应用,已成为世界的一种国际潮流。作为上海第三产业支柱之一的上海商业必须以高新技术为支撑点,用高新技术武装起来,才能加速发展。
With the development of science and technology and the refinement of the social division of labor, the tertiary industry in the West has developed rapidly. Today’s international high-tech development is changing with each passing day, and it is increasingly infiltrating into the tertiary industry. The application of high technology has made a qualitative leap in the number, quality, and scale of benefits of the tertiary industry. The development model of the traditional tertiary industry can no longer meet the development needs of the tertiary industry in Shanghai in the future.
