国防科工委栾恩杰副主任在1月11日视察航空第一集团第301研究所时对国防科技工业标准化工作改革、整顿和完善的要求是国防科技工业当前研制工作和标准化工作的重要指示意见。栾副主任在讲话中对国防科技工业存在标准化意识谈薄、标准化组织不健全、标准化工作与科研生产结合不紧密、系统工程关键技术没有成熟的标准去约束、产品研制缺乏规范化等问题的讲话对我所今后舰船设备标准化工作具有很强的针对性和指导作用,我们应认真研究和贯彻。
Deputy Director of CNNIC Luan Enjie inspected the 301st Institute of Aviation No. 1 Group on January 11 for the reform, rectification and improvement of the national defense science and technology industry standardization as an important directive for the current development and standardization of the national defense science and technology industry. In his speech, the deputy director of Luan made several remarks on such issues as the lack of standardization awareness in the national defense science and technology industry, the lack of standardization organizations, the unification of standardization and scientific research and production, the lack of standardization of the key technologies in system engineering, and the lack of standardization in product development. In the future, the standardization of ship equipment has a very specific and guiding role. We should study and implement it carefully.
