为解决池塘活鱼收获过程中人工起鱼强度大、工作效率低的问题,设计了一种池塘起鱼单轨输送机。该单轨输送机由蜗轮蜗杆和皮带实现驱动;单轨依池塘地形架设,适应了高落差的运输需求;机架上设计有卡槽,防止运行时单轨输送机侧翻和脱离固定轨道。以人工操控单轨输送机为研究对象,控制系统采用无线遥控技术实现单轨输送车遥控输送。试验表明,该单轨输送车上坡可载重量120 kg,爬坡角度在30°~40°,上坡行走速度为0.4~0.8 m/s,3名工作人员40 min可将4 800 kg的鱼从池塘运输到活鱼车上,与传统8人作业1 h相比,劳动力减少了一半,工作时间缩短了33%,工作安全可靠,适合池塘起鱼作业。
