华东理工大学机械学院课题组针对冷焦废水系统的流量及组成波动剧烈、压力由高到低周期性变化、废水与废气交织等特点,设计多级降温冷凝机械组合梯级污染分离污染物组分机械纯化的一套集成装置,将冷焦系统中VOC(挥发性有机物)气体—水—焦粉—重油这种混合物分离为油、水、焦3部分,并分别回收利用,实现废水治理与废气治理耦合、污染物治理与废弃资源循环利用协调、经济效益与生产清洁结合,解决冷焦废水、废气污染问题。
