本文从侗族习惯法的人文精神与构建和谐社会的关系入手,探讨了侗族习惯法中的和谐理念对构建社会主义和谐社会的意义及其作用,并提出构建侗族地区和谐社会,要充分考虑侗族人民的心理、感情和习惯等,合理利用侗族习惯法的人文精神,要去粗取精,去伪存真,使其在建设中国特色社会主义和谐社会中发挥积极作用。
This article starts with the relationship between the humane spirit of the customary law of the Dong people and the construction of a harmonious society and explores the significance and role of the concept of harmony in the customary law of the Dong people in building a harmonious socialist society and proposes that the construction of a harmonious society in the Dong ethnic area should fully consider the people of the Dong people Feelings and habits, and make rational use of the humane spirit of the customary law of the Dong people.
