The orthogonal experiment with 3 factors and 3 levels was applied to study the inclusion of β-cyclodextrin to isotretinoin. The inclusion ratio of inclusion complex was chosen as the index of investigation to optimize the isotretinoin-β-cyclodextrin The optimum conditions for the inclusion complex were 98.6%. Three different inclusion methods were used to prepare the inclusion compound of isotretinoin - β-cyclodextrin. The results of the grinding method were the best
