目前,油气田开发过程中的结垢现象已经成为我国各油田普遍存在的问题。充分了解开发过程中油田水的结垢趋势,进而做好防垢工作,对于保证老油田的高产稳产具有重要意义。采用OLI ANALYZER桌面水化学实验室模拟软件,对江苏油田安徽采油厂采出污水的沉淀-溶解平衡过程进行了热力学上的研究和分析。结果表明,该软件能够对难溶无机盐和地层矿物质在水中的沉淀-溶解平衡进行模拟,并能通过改变各种模拟条件来研究溶液体系中的化学反应,且操作方便。
At present, the scaling phenomenon in the development of oil and gas fields has become a common problem in all oil fields in China. It is of great significance to fully understand the scaling tendency of oilfield water in the process of development and to do a good job in anti-scale work. Using OLI ANALYZER tabletop water chemistry laboratory simulation software, thermodynamics research and analysis on precipitation-dissolution equilibrium process of sewage produced by Anhui Oil Production Plant in Jiangsu Oilfield were conducted. The results show that the software can simulate the precipitation-dissolution balance of insoluble inorganic salts and formation minerals in water and can study the chemical reaction in solution system by changing various simulation conditions, and the operation is convenient.
