目的探讨电话督导对肺结核患者治疗管理的效果。方法对确诊的新涂阳肺结核患者采取县、村级医师电话督导的管理方法,以保证病人完成标准化治疗疗程。结果共纳入新涂阳结核病人175例,其中接受电话督导者174例。疗程末对观察对象的治疗结果进行队列分析,治愈率达到89.1%;规律治疗率达93.1%;中断治疗率为2.2%。与上年同期登记新涂阳病人疗程末治疗转归相比,治愈率、规律治疗率和中断治疗率的差异均无统计学意义。结论电话督导在保证高肺结核患者的治愈率和规则治疗率的同时,又可保护病人隐私,操作方便、简单、经济,是一条新的肺结核病人治疗管理有效方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of telephone supervision on treatment and management of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods The newly diagnosed smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were supervised by county and village physicians in order to ensure that the patients completed standardized treatment. Results A total of 175 cases of new smear-positive tuberculosis patients were enrolled, including 174 cases of telephone supervisors. At the end of the course of treatment, the cohort analysis was performed on the treatment outcome of the observed subjects, with a cure rate of 89.1%, a regular treatment rate of 93.1% and an interruption treatment rate of 2.2%. Compared with the end of the treatment of new smear-positive patients in the same period of last year, there was no significant difference in cure rate, regular treatment rate and discontinuation rate. Conclusion The telephone supervisor can protect the patient’s privacy while ensuring the cure rate and the regular treatment rate of patients with high-grade tuberculosis. It is easy to operate, simple and economical. It is a new effective treatment and management method for tuberculosis patients.
