竖井提升过程中的人身伤亡事故在整个井下伤亡事故总数中占有很大比例,并且其中大部分发生在人员上、下罐笼过程中。本文针对辽宁省部分矿山伤亡事故情况利用故障树分析方法进行了研究。利用故障树找出造成和促成人员上、下罐笼过程中伤亡事故的初始原因23个,通过对故障树的定性分析得到伤亡事故发生的模式46种,并指出了应该怎样采取措施防止事故的发生。最后,作者建议在金属矿山推广应用把井口安全门与卷扬机控制电路电气联锁的装置等预防措施,以便更有效地防止人员上、下罐过程中伤亡事故的发生。
Personnel casualties in the shaft hoisting process account for a large proportion of the total number of casualty accidents downhole, and most of them occurred in the upper cage and the lower cage. In this paper, some mine casualties in Liaoning Province, the use of fault tree analysis methods were studied. Fault trees were used to find out the initial causes of the casualty accidents in the process of getting on and off the cage. The qualitative analysis of the fault tree showed that there were 46 kinds of patterns of casualties and pointed out how to take measures to prevent the occurrence of accidents . Finally, the author proposes to promote the application of the precautions in the metal mines, such as the device that electrically interlocks the safety gate of the wellhead and the control circuit of the winch, so as to prevent the casualty accidents during the upper and lower personnel’s operation more effectively.
