目的识别、评价和分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定建设项目的职业危害类别,对拟采取的职业病危害防护设施进行分析和评价,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供可行的技术依据。方法采用类比法与定量分级法结合进行类比调查。结果本项目属于职业病危害一般的项目;项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、拟采取的职业病防护措施设计、卫生辅助用室等方面均符合国家卫生标准;本项目主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声和钨及其化合物。结论该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,只是某些职业病防护设计有待强化。从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, evaluate and analyze the occupational hazards that may occur in construction projects, determine the occupational hazards of construction projects, analyze and evaluate the proposed occupational hazards prevention facilities, and provide feasible technical basis for approval of construction projects by health administrative departments. Methods Using analogy and quantitative grading combined with analogy survey. Results The project belongs to the general occupational hazards project; the project site selection and overall layout, production technology and equipment layout, the proposed design of occupational disease protection measures, the health aids room and so on are in line with national health standards; the main occupational hazards in this project are Dust, noise and tungsten and its compounds. Conclusion The possible occupational hazards in the production process of the project can be prevented, but some occupational disease protection design needs to be strengthened. It is feasible to analyze the project from an occupational health perspective.
