以水稻同核异质体雄性不育系WAV_(41)A,KVV_(41)A和保持系V_(41)B为材料,用酶联免疫检测法(ELISA)测定了幼穗和倒二叶鞘的内源激素IAA、GA_(1+3+4+7)含量。结果表明:同核异质体的两种雄性不育系幼穗分化过程中,幼穗IAA、GA_(1+3+4+7)含量低于保持系,从而提示雄性不育与内源激素(尤其是IAA)的亏损有关。两种胞质不育系IAA、GA_(1+3+4+7)的含量WAV_(41)A低于KVV_(41)A,WAV_(41)A内源激素亏损时期早于KVV_(41)A;倒二叶鞘两种激素的含量WAV_(41)A高于KVV_(41)A和V_(41)B;KV_(41)A内源激素生理代谢与栽培稻V_(41)B有相似之处,说明了WAV_(41)A和KVV_(41)A在其内源激素的代谢上有明显差异。
