采用计算机模拟塑料熔体成形过程具有很大的难度,虽然国际上各国的研究机构很多,但最终形成了有影响的商品化系统的只有澳大利亚的MF软件和美国的C-MOLD软件。国内的商品化软件以华中科技大学模具技术国家重点实验室开发的注塑成形流动分析系统(HSCAE)为代表。该软件经历了独立运行的CAE软件、二维模具设计软件与模拟软件的集成、三维模具设计制造软件与模拟软件的集成三个阶段,在国内注塑成形CAE技术的发展中具有领先地位。 5月,在“中国国际模具技术论坛”上,作为该系统的主持者,有着一派学者风度的李教授欣然接受了本刊记者的专访。
It is very difficult to use computer to simulate the plastic melt forming process. Although there are many international research institutes, only the Australian MF software and the American C-MOLD software have finally formed an influential commercialized system. The domestic commercial software is represented by the injection molding flow analysis system (HSCAE) developed by the State Key Laboratory of Mold Technology of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The software has experienced three stages of independent operation of CAE software, integration of two-dimensional mold design software and simulation software, integration of three-dimensional mold design and manufacturing software and simulation software. It has a leading position in the development of domestic injection molding CAE technology. In May, at the “China International Mould Technology Forum”, as the moderator of the system, Professor Li, who had a scholarly attitude, readily accepted an exclusive interview with this reporter.
