控制钻井工程的造价为减少工程投资关键内容,但是因为我国针对工程造价管理仍然处于起步阶段,一些不规范不合理操作很容易导致项目运营中存在一定风险,而工程造价法律风险便属于其中很重要一种,如果处置不当将会对项目运行甚至公众财产等造成严重危害。法律风险防控为项目管理在钻井工程造价方面的核心内容,想要在相关领域将法律风险完全控制住,主要可以从管理手段与流程再造等方面入手。基于此,本文对钻井工程在造价方面法律风险的防控进行浅析,希望可以给相关领域工作人员带来一些启示。
