皮质醇为肾上腺皮质分泌的糖皮质激素,当多种疾病(如柯兴氏综合征,肾上腺皮质功能不足症及阿狄森氏病等)发生时,血液及尿中皮质醇含量明显改变。血液及尿中皮质醇的测定方法很多,如比色法、荧光法、蛋白竞争结合分析法,放射免疫法、高效液相色谱法及酶免疫法等。作者用吡咯建立新的荧光分析法来测定皮质醇、强的松龙、皮质素及其多种衍生物,用于药物分析,并用于血清中皮质醇的测定。方法可靠,且具有高特异性和高灵敏度,并与放射免疫法作了比较。
Cortisol is a glucocorticoid secreted by the adrenal cortex. When a variety of diseases such as Cushing’s syndrome, adrenal insufficiency and Addison’s disease occur, the blood and urinary cortisol levels change significantly. Determination of blood and urine cortisol many ways, such as colorimetry, fluorescence, protein competition binding assay, radioimmunoassay, high performance liquid chromatography and enzyme immunoassay. The authors used pyrrole to establish a new fluorescence assay for the determination of cortisol, prednisolone, cortisol and a variety of derivatives for drug analysis and for the determination of serum cortisol. The method is reliable, has high specificity and high sensitivity and is compared with radioimmunoassay.
