超微细Cu_2O对改善RDX/AP/HTPB推进剂燃烧性能的作用

在以AP、RDX、HTPB及添加剂含量分别为50%,25%,12.5%及12.5%的基本配方的推进剂中,再添加不同种类、不同粒度及不同份额的催化剂,用声发射法测定了4~8MPa下推进剂的燃速。实验结果表明:超微细Cu_2O(0.2μm)能大幅度提高推进剂的燃速,8MPa下加入2%可使燃速提高77.1%,是市购化学纯Cu_2O(3μm)提高幅度的五倍多,与两种含铜催化剂──铜铬氧化物(YB)、有机铜(Ⅱ)络合物(QC)混合作用,在8MPa下可分别使燃速提高120%和使压强指数降低50%。 In the propellants of AP, RDX, HTPB and the basic formula containing 50%, 25%, 12.5% ​​and 12.5% ​​of the additive respectively, catalysts of different kinds, different sizes and different proportions were added, Launch method was used to determine the burning rate of propellant at 4 ~ 8MPa.
