本文采用八导生理记录仪同步记录方法,观察国产米利酮对MR实验性心衰犬血流动力学的影响。结果表明,缓慢静注MR后,血流动力学参数LVSP、+dp/dt_(max)、Vce-+dp/dt_(max)及Cl显著增加,T Value及TPR明显降低,SBP、DBP及MAP不同程度降低,而HR变化不显著。说明:国产MR能明显增强衰心的舒缩功能,又能降低外周阻力,不增加心肌耗氧量,可望成为一种改善心功障碍较理想的强心药。
In this paper, eight guided physiological recorder synchronous recording method to observe the impact of domestic milliliter on hemodynamics of MR experimental heart failure dogs.
