At the stage of Chinese political history in the twentieth century, the two major political parties, the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese Kuomintang, have been influencing and influencing the course of the historical development of China. As Mao Tse-tung said: “The revolution in China, since 1924, has played a decisive role on the part of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party.” Although the two parties, the semicolonial and semi-feudal China, were born in the early part of this century, they represent different interests of the class, the two parties are common in their struggle for national independence and liberation. Because of this, the two parties of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party have two co-operations and thus push the Chinese revolutionary struggle to a climax. Regrettably, there have also been two divisions, thus pushing the Chinese nation to the abyss of a civil war. History has proved that the separation and cooperation between the two sources not only directly affect the destiny and future of the Chinese nation, but also directly affect the peace and development in the Asia Pacific region and the changes in the world structure. In the process of the two cooperation between the KMT and the CPC, Mao Zedong always stood at the height of the interests of the entire nation and handled the issue of “contradictions and reunification” between the two parties in a prudent manner. According to China’s reality, in light of the international environmental and historical conditions, Mao Zedong chose the cooperation between the KMT and the CPC Best mode After the 1950s, both the Kuomintang and the Communist Party took power independently on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and were isolated for a long period of time without any major cause of competition. Deng Xiaoping, the leader of the new generation of the Chinese Communist Party, summed up the past experience of the two cooperation programs, reviewed the overall situation of the international strategy, proposed the concept of “one country, two systems”, explored a new modality for re-cooperation between the KMT and the KMT and delineated the blueprint for realizing the grand reunion of the motherland.
