75只雌雄田鼠,年龄10周,分成三组。Ⅱ组:每只田鼠的左侧颊囊,一周三次涂布0.5% DMBA 油溶液(9,10—dimethyl—1,2—benzanthracene)同时给予0.7mg盐酸左旋咪唑(LMS)口服。Ⅰ组作为致癌不给LMS组.Ⅲ组为对照组。12周后,停止涂布DMBA,Ⅱ组继续服用LMS。每组分别于第10、11、13、15、17周各杀死5只田鼠。杀死前,颊囊区被检查,杀死后作病理检查。结果可看到:LMS能使田鼠颊囊区化学性致癌的发生明显地推迟。大约延迟了3
75 male and female voles were 10 weeks old and divided into three groups. Group II: The left cheek pouch of each field mouse was coated with 0.5% DMBA oil solution (9,10-dimethyl-l,2-benzanthracene) three times a week while 0.7 mg levofrazine hydrochloride (LMS) was given orally. Group I was not carcinogenic to LMS group and group III was control group. After 12 weeks, the application of DMBA was stopped, and Group II continued to take LMS. Five mice were killed in each group on the 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, and 17th weeks respectively. Before being killed, the cheek pouch area was examined and pathological examinations were performed after killing. The results can be seen: LMS can significantly delay the occurrence of chemical carcinogenesis in the cheek pouch region of rats. About 3 delayed
