根据目前市场上的典型婴幼儿食品中塑化剂含量测定的结果，分析塑化剂的来源，及易污染食品。采用GC-MS法对样品中邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2- 乙己基己基) 酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DnOP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP) 六种塑化剂指标进行检测。结果表明，BBP 平均检出量为0.017mg/kg，DEHP 平均检出量为0.016mg/kg，DBP 平均检出量为0.016mg/kg，DMP 平均检出量为0.015mg/kg，DnOP平均检出量为0.014mg/kg，DEP 平均检出量为0.017mg/kg，根据《GB5009.271—2016 食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》中规定邻苯二甲酸二丁酯( DBP) 定量限为0. 3mg/kg, 其余定量限均为0.5mg/kg，均在合格范围内。“,”The content of plasticizer in typical infant foods on the market at present was detected, and the pollution routes ofrnplasticizer and easily contaminated foods were analyzed. The six plasticizer indexes in the samples, namely butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP),rndibutyl phthalate (DBP), di (2- ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dioctyl phthalate (DnOP), diethyl phthalate (DEP) and dimethyl phthalate (DMP),rnwere detected by GC-MS method. The results showed that the average detection amount of BBP was 0.017mg/kg, the average detectionrnamount of DEHP was 0.016mg/kg, the average detection amount of DBP was 0.016mg/kg, the average detection amount of DMP wasrn0.015mg/kg, the average detection amount of DnOP was 0.014mg/kg, and the average detection amount of DEP was 0.017mg/kg. Accordingrnto gb5009.271-2016, the quantitative limit of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) was 0.3mg/kg, The other quantitative limits were all 0.5mg/kg, all withinrnthe qualified range.
