我矿深部工程井下排水系统位于-430m中段,地下水C1浓度为866.18mg/L,水中CF浓度较高,腐蚀性较大。井下正常涌水量为10 000 m3/d,最大涌水量15 000m3/d。选用5台 D280-65/84×9型离心式水泵。水泵的技术参数为Q=280 m3/h,H=596.25m。配套电机型号Y450-4,功率800 kW,电压 6kV。正常情况下,3台泵工作,1 台检修,1 台备用。布置方式为单排布置,1 段排水。井下水从-430 m中段水仓用离心式水泵经主竖井内2条φ351×12排水管路直接排至地表+86m。
