高校担负着教书育人、培养人才、引导大学生健康成长的重大责任,加强高校领导干部作风建设具有十分重要的意义。当前高校领导干部作风建设方面存在重业务、轻理论和相关法规知识的学习,安于现状、作风飘浮,缺少真抓实干的工作精神,粗放管理、有章不循、执规不严等问题,必须充分认识加强领导干部作风建设的长期性、艰巨性和复杂性,加强教育和培训,筑牢领导干部的思想道德防线,完善制度,提高制度的执行力,强化监督,完善权力运行的监控机制,切实把领导干部作风建设与反腐倡廉工作紧密结合起来,标本兼治、综合治理,形成长效机制。
