干细胞移植治疗心血管疾病尤其是缺血性心脏病取得了令人鼓舞的结果,但既往研究主要集中于胚胎干细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞的研究。近年来,人们发现脂肪组织来源干细胞(ASCs)与其他组织来源干细胞相比具有来源广、取材创伤小、具有多向分化潜能、增殖能力强等优点,故近几年来ASCs在心血管疾病治疗上的作用受到越来越多的重视。本文对ASCs细胞生物学特性以及ASCs作为种子干细胞在缺血性心脏病、心肌细胞再生方面的基础和临床研究进展作一综述。

This review summarizes the biological characteristics of ASCs and the basic and clinical progress of ASCs as seed stem cells in ischemic heart disease and cardiomyocyte regeneration.
