·观点·地产大咖安家传媒董事长刘文斌2016年,刚需项目中性价比高的项目会比较好卖,价格昂贵但没有豪宅的气质、内涵与外延的伪豪宅会滞销。商业地产受到冲击的原因是城市商业地产前期规划的混乱,存量太大,缺乏前瞻性布局,导致项目高同质化大批量面市。这是对社会资源的极大浪费,我认为除了关停并转没有其他解决之道。互联网思维是大多数行业在社会安身立命进一步发展不可缺少的思维模式。但是目前房地产企业所说的互联网思维,我认为要么是附庸风雅,要么是凭想象虚构或概念的叠加。
