纤维素是一较稳定的葡萄糖高分子聚合物,是组成植物器官的主要成分。纤维素的分解是自然界物质生物循环的重要内容,它不仅是大气碳素循环的基础,亦是土壤有机碳的主要来源,是维持土壤生物活性的重要因素。因此,纤维素的存在、分解状况与茶园土壤的肥力、茶树的生育密切相关。笔者通过几种不同土壤湿度的处理,采用埋片法测定茶园土壤纤维素的分解强度,并结合部分调查研究,提出了提高茶园土壤有机质的技术途径。
Cellulose is a more stable polymer of glucose polymers, is the main component of plant organs. Cellulose decomposition is an important part of the natural biological material cycle. It is not only the basis of atmospheric carbon cycle, but also the main source of soil organic carbon. It is an important factor to maintain soil biological activity. Therefore, the presence and decomposition of cellulose is closely related to the fertility of tea plantations and the fertility of tea plants. Through several different treatments of soil moisture, the author uses buried film method to determine the decomposition strength of cellulose in tea garden soil. Combined with some investigations and researches, the author puts forward some technical approaches to improve soil organic matter in tea plantation.
