The development and utilization of teaching resources is a very complicated system project. Teachers, students, and teaching materials are the three elements that make up the system. The system must maintain a dynamic balance. Students are the main body of the development of curriculum resources and the masters of learning. Teachers must not only regard students as objects and subjects, but also as important constituents and generators of teaching resources.
