在公立医院综合改革的进程中,建立分级诊疗制度是合理配置医疗资源、促进基本医疗卫生服务均等化的重要举措,是深化医药卫生体制改革、建立中国特色基本医疗卫生制度的重要内容,对于促进医药卫生事业长远健康发展、提高人民健康水平、保障和改善民生具有重要意义。文章对公立中医医院实行分级诊疗制度后可能带来的新挑战及应对策略进行了阐述。
In the process of comprehensive reform of public hospitals, establishing a hierarchical medical treatment system is an important measure to rationally allocate medical resources and promote equalization of basic medical and health services. It is an important part of deepening the reform of medical and health systems and establishing a basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics. The long-term healthy development of medical and health undertakings, raising the people’s health level and ensuring and improving people’s livelihood are of great significance. The article expounds the new challenges and countermeasures that public TCM hospitals may bring after grading medical treatment and treatment system.
