长距离输气管道复杂起伏管段在水试压后的排水过程中可能会产生压力脉冲,引发安全事故。为了研究下倾段液位和注气压力对清管过程引起的压力脉冲最大值的影响,自主设计了起伏管道试压排水系统,在此基础上结合相关变量设计了相应的试验方案,并且针对试验操作中容易出现的问题(如清管器磨损、卡球等)提出了解决方案。该试验首次通过高速摄像记录了清管器的后退运动过程,并对其原因进行了分析,有助于完善相关清管器数学模型。研究表明:随着下倾段液位升高,压力脉冲最大值增大;随着注气压力升高,压力脉冲最大值增大。大落差起伏管道试压后排水过程的试验研究为输气管道投产与安全运行提供了指导。
Complicated ups and downs of long-distance gas transmission pipe sections may generate pressure pulses during drainage after water pressure test, triggering a safety accident. In order to study the effect of down-pouring level and injection pressure on the maximum pressure pulse caused by pigging process, an undulating pipeline pressure test and drainage system was designed independently. On the basis of this, a corresponding experimental scheme was designed based on the relevant variables. Problems prone to the test operation (such as pig wear, card ball, etc.) put forward a solution. The experiment recorded the retreat movement process of pig for the first time through high-speed camera and analyzed the reason, which is helpful to improve the mathematical model of pig. The results show that the maximum value of pressure pulse increases with the increase of down-dip level, and the maximum value of pressure pulse increases with the increase of injection pressure. The experimental research on the drainage process after pressure test of large drop downs fluctuates the operation of gas pipeline and provides safe guidance.
