目的:探讨低钾低分子右旋糖酐液预处理后,对油酸诱导的幼猪急性肺损伤模型中炎症因子质量浓度的影响。方法:10只幼猪随机分为2组,对照组5只幼猪肺内滴入0.1 mL/kg油酸诱导急性肺损伤,实验组5只油酸诱导前30 min自外周静脉滴入12.5 mL/kg低钾低分子右旋糖酐液。肺损伤出现后6 h处死动物。检测血浆和肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α、内皮素-1和白细胞介素-10水平。结果:实验组血浆中白细胞介素-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全身给予低钾低分子右旋糖酐液预处理后,对油酸诱导的幼猪急性肺损伤模型中某些炎症因子在血浆或肺组织中的水平有影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low potassium dextran solution pretreatment on the concentration of inflammatory cytokines in the acute lung injury model induced by oleic acid. Methods: Ten young pigs were randomly divided into two groups. Five piglets in the control group were injected with 0.1 mL / kg oleic acid into the lung to induce acute lung injury. The experimental group received intravenous drip of 12.5 mL / kg low potassium dextran solution. Animals were sacrificed 6 hours after the onset of lung injury. Tumor necrosis factor-alpha, endothelin-1, and interleukin-10 levels were measured in plasma and lung tissue. Results: The level of interleukin-10 in plasma of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The level of tumor necrosis factor-α in the lung tissue was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Pretreatment with hypokalemic low molecular weight dextran solution systemicly affects the level of some inflammatory cytokines in the plasma or lung tissue of oleic acid-induced acute lung injury in young pigs.
