目的了解艾滋病母婴阻断技术在本地的应用效果,为预防艾滋病母婴传播提供依据。方法在全市开展艾滋病母婴阻断技术应用研究,将孕检和艾滋病咨询检测同时进行,对检出感染艾滋病孕妇纳入艾滋病母婴阻断系统管理,包括对阳性母亲及所生婴儿应用抗逆转录病毒药物、安全助产和喂养指导等措施。结果全市5年孕妇艾滋病咨询检测平均检测率99.02%,(176 001/177 738),检出艾滋病感染孕妇269例,检出率0.15%;通过卫生咨询指导告知艾滋病的危害及传播方式、预防措施等知情选择,最后选择终止妊娠67例,选择生育202例;对选择生育的孕妇全部纳入预防艾滋病母婴传播系统管理,其中有192例按疗程足量服用抗逆转录病毒药物,孕产妇服药率95.05%;活产婴儿202例,按疗程足量服用抗逆转录病毒药物的192例,婴儿服药率95.05%;按照艾滋病母婴阻断技术方案对出生婴儿满42天和3个月进行艾滋病早期诊断,检出阳性1例,检出率0.50%;其余有118例出生满18个月进行艾滋病抗体检测,均未捡出艾滋病抗体阳性。结论开展艾滋病母婴阻断必须采取综合性措施,系统管理才能出成效。
