以工程实例为依托,针对京沪高速济南连接线800灌注桩大量现场试验检测数据,分析声波透射法检测桩身完整性的主要影响因素,从混凝土龄期、声波发射频率、声测管管距等非缺陷因素的敏感性进行研究。结果表明:声波透射法检测桩身完整性的最适宜参数为混凝土龄期为7d,声波发射频率为50kHz,声测管管距为1.0m。研究结果成功应用于桩身完整性现场试验检测中,既保证了检测效果,又节约工期。为类似现场试验检测提供技术支持和借鉴意义。
Based on the engineering examples, a large number of field test data of 800 bored pile at Jinan-Beijing Expressway were analyzed. The main influencing factors of sonic integrity of pile were analyzed. From the concrete age, acoustic emission frequency, Distance and other non-defective factors to study the sensitivity. The results show that the most suitable parameter for acoustic integrity testing of pile body is 7d concrete age, 50kHz acoustic emission frequency and 1.0m acoustic pipe spacing. The results of the study are successfully applied in the on-site testing of pile integrity, which not only guarantees the detection but also saves the construction period. Provide technical support and reference for similar field test.
