48.红玉苹果斑点病对质量的影响红玉苹果采后有的果皮上出现黑褐色小圆斑,表皮细胞变色。这种斑点病一般对苹果质量影响不大,但严重时,斑点处略带苦味,且易受杂菌侵染。发病原因:①果树缺磷.②采收过早。③库内通风不良,或贮藏温度偏高。防治办法适时采收,适当延长预冷时间,适当增加通风换气时间。 49.苹果“返砂”的原因冬春季上市的苹果,常常出现果皮裂绽、果肉外露,口感绵软的现象,也就是人们常说的“返砂”,这种现象多见于红香蕉苹果。
