作为一名新课改下的高中语文教师,在课改中的作用是至关重要的。本人认为新课标下《语文读本》的阅读需要教师的引导,只有引导好了,学生才能在个性化阅读中有突破。面对近几年来高中语文教师只围绕“高考指挥棒”进行教学的问题,本人认为,新课标下的语文教师更应该把语文基础知识的传授、教材内容的讲解与学生自主探究性学习结合起来,使这三者之间的有效链接,以便学生向知识型、全面型发展,另外,在校本教研教材开发过程中,语文教师的主体作用也不容忽视。
