显性致死效应作为测定生殖细胞染色体损害的一项指标,已被环境致突变物和致癌物国际防护委员会所肯定,1981年我们进行了氦氖激光对大鼠致畸胎作用的研究,观察到激光对胎鼠的早期发育及器官形成期的骨骼发育均有显著影响。为了进一步了解激光对雄性生殖细胞的毒理作用,我们用氦氖激光照射雄性小鼠阴囊进行显性致死效应研究。
The dominant lethal effect, as an indicator of chromosomal damage in germ cells, has been recognized by the International Commission for the Prevention of Environmental Mutagens and Carcinogens. In 1981, we studied the effect of thorium laser on teratogenicity in rats. The laser has a significant effect on the early development of the fetus and on the bone development during the organogenesis. In order to further understand the toxicological effects of laser on male germ cells, we used holmium laser to irradiate male mouse scrotum for dominance lethal effect.
