动脉灌注化学疗法对肺癌已得到了确切的评价。作者联合使用了阿霉素(ADM),丝裂霉素C(MMC),Carboquone(ce),博莱霉素(BLM)等药,从支气管动脉和肺动脉内一次冲击注入。其效果,不管在临床或在病理组织学方面都比单独使用抗癌药物好。金泽大学第一外科以205例肺癌作为研究对象。临床疗效判定:在X线胸部照片以肿瘤阴影的长度及宽度之和的缩小度来判断,缩小25%以上的病例为有效,在病理组织学方面认为在癌细胞表面的破坏全部可见Ⅱa 以上的变化才作为有效。
Arterial perfusion chemotherapy has been evaluated specifically for lung cancer.
