采用成分、金相、扫描电镜、能谱等手段分析了中石油阿尔及利亚某项目中一台运行15d即发生严重泄漏的凝析油/重柴油换热器.水压试验发现泄漏处位于TP405材质管束的焊接热影响区.分析结果表明管束热影响区裂纹主要为焊接裂纹并伴有晶间应力腐蚀.该管束缺陷不可修复,建议严格控制焊接工艺参数防范焊接裂纹的发生,并采用晶间敏感性较低的TP321重新生产管束.
The condensate / heavy diesel oil heat exchanger with severe leakage in a project of PetroChina Algeria for 15 days was analyzed by means of composition, metallography, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum, etc. The hydrostatic test showed that the leak was located in the tube bundle of TP405 Heat-affected zone.The results show that the cracks in the heat-affected zone of the tube bundle are mainly weld cracks and intergranular stress corrosion.The defects of the tube bundle can not be repaired.It is suggested that the welding process parameters be strictly controlled to prevent the occurrence of welding cracks and the intergranular sensitivity The low TP321 replaces the tube bundle.
