山东省的农业综合开发项目——陶城铺引黄灌区,是利用世界银行贷款建设的一个大型水利项目,这一项目对我省水利事业起到了不可估量的积极作用。灌区自1989年开发以来,已引黄河水7.6亿立方米,其中阳谷县的灌溉面积达75万亩,超过了70万亩的设计标准。灌区内粮棉大幅度增长,解除了干旱对阳谷县农业带来的威胁。使小麦产量由1988年的3.5吨每公顷增加到1994年的5.5吨每公顷;玉米产量由1988年的4吨每公顷增加到1994年的6吨每公顷;棉花增产效果也十分显著,使阳谷县的农业年增产值达4691万元。 通过对世行贷款水利项目的实施,阳谷县充分认识到利用外资办水利是一个系统工程,它彻底转变了我们
Shandong Province, an integrated agricultural development project - Tao Chengpu Diversion Yellow River, is the use of World Bank loans to build a large-scale water conservancy projects, this project has played an immeasurable positive contribution to the province’s water conservancy. Since its development in 1989, the irrigation area has attracted 760 million cubic meters of water from the Yellow River, of which 750,000 acres have been irrigated in Yanggu County, exceeding the design standard of 700,000 mu. Grain and cotton in irrigated areas increased substantially, lifting the drought threat to Yanggu County agriculture. The output of wheat increased from 3.5 tons per hectare in 1988 to 5.5 tons per hectare in 1994; the output of maize increased from 4 tons per hectare in 1988 to 6 tons per hectare in 1994; and the yield increase effect of cotton was also very significant.
