党政机关、各企事业单位日常工作中需要处理大量的公文,借助计算机实现公文管理的规范化、系统化、现代化,提高办公效率和质量,有重要的意义。这里我们介绍两种公文管理软件——《公文信息管理系统》、《公文主题词管理系统》。《公文主题词管理系统》采用当前流行的窗口界面,通过公文主题词辅助标引和自动检索,实现了标题一级公文的自动化管理。它首先登录包含公文主题词在内的所有公文外部特征信息。登录过程中,允许用户对已登录的信息删除、修改。信息

Here we introduce two kinds of document management software - “document information management system”, “document keyword management system.” “Official document keyword management system” using the current popular window interface, through the official keyword indexing and automatic retrieval, to achieve the heading of a document management automation. It first logs in to all official document external feature information including the subject keyword. During login, the user is allowed to delete and modify the logged in information. information
