目的:建立眼炎康散的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱对其中的黄芪、地黄、赤芍进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定其中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:薄层色谱对黄芪、地黄、赤芍特征斑点定性鉴别清晰,供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同的荧光斑点;盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.0959~0.4795μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.25%(RSD=1.70%)。结论:所制定的质量控制方法简便、准确、重复性好。
Objective: To establish the quality control method of Yan Yan Kang San. Methods: The astragalus, rehmannia root and Radix Paeoniae Rubra were identified by TLC. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Thin-layer chromatography qualitative identification of Astragalus, Rehmannia, red peony distinctive spots clear identification for the chromatogram of the test substance, and reference substance chromatography at the corresponding position was the same fluorescent spots; Berberine hydrochloride injection volume 0.0959 ~ 0.4795 The calibration curve showed good linearity with the integral value of peak area. The average recovery was 97.25% (RSD = 1.70%). Conclusion: The quality control method developed is simple, accurate and repeatable.
